MC usually has plenty of activities and staff encourages participation. The staff showing the facility. She was professional and caring. Did follow-ups, not too pushy but enough for us to realize we should make a decision. At time of touring no negative discussions over heard from asides. There was enough staff available in all areas. Although I don't believe that now.
They were super accommodating and helpful in every way. The facility was very nice and well taken care of. The staff made sure my mom was looked after and was included in activities. They were great about updating me on my mom's care and over all well being.
Spring Creek Village offers the best in assisted living. It’s clean, nicely decorated, happy and fun! The food offerings are plentiful and good. We are so pleased with SCV as the new home for our dad. Beautiful apartments, many great activities and just great care from wonderful staff! Shoutout to [name removed] and [name removed]! You guys care for dad like he is your own grandfather. Dad is happy too.
They have a great event Happy Hour on Friday that they provide entertainment snacks and beverages for the Residents.Good to see them all singing and some even dancing to there favorite songs. Some past Family members even still drop by.
We moved my Mom from another AL facility due to neglect. My daughter and I toured on Wednesday, brought my Mom for a tour Thursday and moved my Mom in on Friday. She loves the many social activities! The entire staff has been beyond helpful! The residents are friendly and my Mom has made many friends. My Mom truly feels like she is home. I would give SCV 10 stars if possible.
The community was mostly nice, but there was always a shortage of staff that actually wanted to help the residents. The therapy department was not very good. There was no doubt that the facility's main interest was financial; however, the maintenance was mostly good, the management mostly responsive, the food was okay, and many of the staff were really nice and kind. Overall I would recommend spring creek village. There are also many nearby shopping and eating resources.
Housekeeping is horrible. Staff is very friendly. No communication with the family, at all. The meals are of mediocre quality. The move in process was fine. Suggestion for improvement: work on communications and food. It's a 50/50 on recommendation to others, for me. She pays too much for what care she gets, but staff are friendly.
Mom and Dad are happy at Spring Creek Village and that's the main thing. I feel they are safe there and well attended to. Online availability to menus and activity calendar and billing is much less than either I was lead to believe or perhaps I just assumed. Either way, it's been easy to connect with the right staff member as my needs arise.
