The space they have to move around in is awesome. The activities director is great. She figured out that when [name removed] starts to get upset, they play rock music and he relaxes. They actually take them on outings once a week. They never press the patients, they let things be their idea.
My mom lived at Spring Creek Village for 7 months, prior to her passing from cancer. The staff loved my mom and our family, and we love the staff. The care workers, med techs, and dining room stuff considered my mom to be like their mom or grandma. When my mom was still physically able, she fully participated in bingo, Social Hour on Friday afternoon, special music times, crocheting group, Etc. The staff cared for her mom as if she was one of their family members. I highly recommend Spring Creek Village. The hospice social w... read more
My family member currently lives at Spring Creek Village, and our experience has been excellent! The community is always clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. The staff are kind and caring. Management communicates well and makes me feel confident that my loved one is safe and receiving the care they need. The activities, dining, and overall environment show a true commitment to quality of life. I’m very grateful for everyone—Spring Creek Village has been a wonderful place for my Grandmother.
My tour with Spring Creek Village was very informative. [name removed] took time to talk with me regarding my 89 year old, mother in law's situation. I asked lots of questions and he helped me with the answers. We are still in the decision making and evaluation process, but so far I am pleased.
They were able to provide my mom care when she couldn't do it herself. I am grateful that they saved my mom's life. That said, we moved her out after six months because of the condition of the food and environment. The staff were fabulous, but the living conditions weren't what she was hoping for.
We have been very pleased with Spring Creek Village, where my sister-in-law is now living in the assisted living/memory care section. The entire staff has been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are easy to furnish, and just the right size for her needs. We like the common areas she has access to in her wheelchair, and the variety of activities.
It's not a very cheery place. There was no nice music playing for the people and my biggest thing is they say they take care of people but they don't have anybody to take care of of someone with diabetes so to me they don't have a full Care service and I would not put my loved one here. A woman was asleep at the table with her head almost in her plate sitting there all by herself that was a sad situation to see I had brought my loved one with me and he was mortified that I might consider putting him in a place like that take... read more
Sometimes the helpers are not very nice and very sensitive. Some of the services have not been offered like assistance with showers 3X's a week. Fortunately, we just use her home health service. The food could be better. Administration seems good when you bring things to their attention. Overall it's good value for the price.
