My family member currently lives at Spring Creek Village, and our experience has been excellent! The community is always clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. The staff are kind and caring. Management communicates well and makes me feel confident that my loved one is safe and receiving the care they need. The activities, dining, and overall environment show a true commitment to quality of life. I’m very grateful for everyone—Spring Creek Village has been a wonderful place for my Grandmother.
My tour with Spring Creek Village was very informative. [name removed] took time to talk with me regarding my 89 year old, mother in law's situation. I asked lots of questions and he helped me with the answers. We are still in the decision making and evaluation process, but so far I am pleased.
They were able to provide my mom care when she couldn't do it herself. I am grateful that they saved my mom's life. That said, we moved her out after six months because of the condition of the food and environment. The staff were fabulous, but the living conditions weren't what she was hoping for.
We have been very pleased with Spring Creek Village, where my sister-in-law is now living in the assisted living/memory care section. The entire staff has been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are easy to furnish, and just the right size for her needs. We like the common areas she has access to in her wheelchair, and the variety of activities.
MC usually has plenty of activities and staff encourages participation. The staff showing the facility. She was professional and caring. Did follow-ups, not too pushy but enough for us to realize we should make a decision. At time of touring no negative discussions over heard from asides. There was enough staff available in all areas. Although I don't believe that now.
They were super accommodating and helpful in every way. The facility was very nice and well taken care of. The staff made sure my mom was looked after and was included in activities. They were great about updating me on my mom's care and over all well being.
Spring Creek Village offers the best in assisted living. It’s clean, nicely decorated, happy and fun! The food offerings are plentiful and good. Most importantly the staff genuinely cares for the well-being of each resident. They are warm, friendly, happy, honest, extremely attentive with a strong work ethic, professional and respectful. We are so pleased with SCV as the new home for our dad. Beautiful apartments, many great activities and just great care from wonderful staff! Shoutout to [name removed] and [name removed]! You guys care for dad like he is your own grandfather. Dad is happy too.
They have a great event Happy Hour on Friday that they provide entertainment snacks and beverages for the Residents.Good to see them all singing and some even dancing to there favorite songs. Some past Family members even still drop by.
