Took my guinea pig in 3 weeks ago. He got a teeth trimming. They trimmed them to short. He cannot eat normally. Syringe feeding him since then. Would never take another pet here again.

If I could give zero stars I would - let me back up. I used to love this vet, every time I went in with my dog(s) I had a great experience and recommended this vet all the time. Until now, I've tried calling the owner and have left messages with no response. I shouldn't have paid and I shouldn't have let them continue with my dog but everything was happening so fast that it was over with before I could even blink and I just wanted to get out of there! For a very routine procedure of having my dogs nails trimmed, Amber Ch... read more

I took my beloved furbaby here after coming home from a trip and found that my petsitter had not filled any on the water bowls or waters wells. Each was bone dry. My baby had been deprived of water for appx. 7 + days. I arrived at the clinic explaining that my baby was a victim of neglect, as well as the fact that both my baby's were ill from this but this one was not able to walk, couldnt lift her head, her voice was dry and deep, she was down a lot in her weight. I first explained to a woman that took me to a room, and... read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars for almost letting my cat die in their care. I brought my sick, dehydrated, weak cat in multiple times to this vet after he wasn't eating and wasn't pooping. I was 100% certain that he had a bowel obstruction. They kept assuring me that he's just constipated and that the Xrays they took looked normal. Well, he kept losing weight, multiple pounds and didn't eat or drink for over a week. He wasn't moving from the same spot on the couch for a day or two at a time and I knew I was about to lose m... read more

-wasnt up front about the recommended after surgery care and how much that would cost. After they collected a big sum of money and after surgery the vet told us we should take our cat to the emergency vet and pay them to provide aftercare surgery care. She didnt make it 24hrs. I wish I would have known i wouldn't have been able to afford the after surgery care. I would have just concentrated on quality of life, instead of going with a risky surgery. She suffered -they are terrible at giving call backs. I waited the whol... read more

I would give negative stars if possible do to the experience I had. I took my dog for an appointment for some red growths on his legs. The vet pulled off a scab from one of the growths (with unwashed hands, no gloves) and was going to look at it under the microscope but he dropped the sample into a drawer, he proceeded to pick it out and went to look at it under the microscope. (IMO now very contaminated). No attention was paid to the growth that he pulled the scab off of, no sterile wipes, bandages, pressure to stop bleed... read more

I was really hoping that having my dog neutered here wasn't a mistake since it was our first time bringing him here. My husband picked him up and asked the woman at the front desk if he needed a cone to prevent him from licking the area. She told him that only female dogs needed the cone. Well needless to say after 4 days the area around the sutures looked puffy and infected so my husband brought him back in. He has an infection and we had to spend another $90 for the cone and medication to treat the infection. Perhaps ... read more

Do not bring your animal here! My six year old pit bull had freak accident and I brought him here and he was treated incorrectly by the owner: Dr. Singh, and my dog became fully paralyzed. I paid almost $500 dollars for the visit and later found out that everything I was charged for was irrelevant to his injury!

I took my cat here because of some gastrointestinal issues she was having. While the vet was examining my cat, she squirmed quite a bit and was nearing the edge of the table. The vet asked me not to put my hands on her, so I let him do it. He did not stop her from moving off the table and she fell. When she fell, she stopped moving her back legs. When this happened, the vet said "oh,that's not good." He then told me that I needed to get an x-ray of her because of what happened when she fell. However, this x-ray did not need ... read more
