As a previous home builder, I have never met a professional as qualified as Theodore from Patio Enclosures. Unfortunately, it just wasn't the right fit for our patio, but I would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a sunroom!
We had an enclosure built recently and we are extremely happy. The professionalism from the sales folks to the installers is unquestioned. Very very happy with the result we can finally use our patio without being fly food. Thanks Patio Enclosures couldnt be happier.

Its been a nightmare from the first day of arriving to job site. No communication between contractors and customer. Continues to have excuses for not preforming what is approved by contract. They have 3rd party contractors that dont even communicate between themselves which in turn covered up electrical wiring without rough in inspection now they have to do a tear out of the ceiling. Its been 8 months since signing contract and still its incomplete. I do not approve of this company.

The contract between myself and Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements was never completed by Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements.There are three (3) parts to the contract that were not finished and/or parts to be furnished.Numerous emails, texts, and now letters have been sent to these two companies and the above three items have not been remedied therefore the contract has not been completed. Happy with the end result and the enclosure looks great. Installers were very nice and did great work; especially with recutting the trim on the existing porch. I will definitely recommend Patio Enclosures to others, however, just a few things to be aware of; the salesman Will, is just that, a true salesman. He used the old "hack" salesman trick, giving you the initial price of $36,000, but amazingly, he's able to reduce it to the end price of $17,000 (which was always the price).
