Every step of this process has been smooth and easy. ********* walked us through the first steps, showing us designs and telling us about the product and process. **** handled all the scheduling. The installers were very professional and respectful of our home. ***** showed us the final product and all the features. Everyone was great to work with. We love our screened in porch, and the product is very attractive and useful. Look forward to using it for many years.

**** ****** and his son, ******, came out to change the trim from the plastic that kept shrinking and breaking to the new aluminum. They did an amazing job. Very professional and polite! Patio Enclosures have been great and have sent many teams out to do work on my room and i couldn't have asked for a better crew this time around. 5 stars all around!! Thank you. ??

Overall, what a disappointment!The good: The salesman was excellent, easy to work with and I don't feel we were pressured in any way. He did spend a lot of time with us and I though explained things well. The finished product is fine too, we do like it and it's a nice upgrade.The bad: Where to begin? Not reliable, delay after delay with idiotic excuses, untruthful promises. Do not do business with this maze of numerous companies find a good local independent contractor. It's been 6 months for 3 windows and 2 storm doors. Still not done and just $24,000 later, not worth the time or money
Big problem. Sunroom has been great, except the door out to the porch. It needs an adjustment as it doesnt latch and is very hard to open. It should not be a big operation for them. The problem is that all my attempts to contact them have been completely ignored, even to the point where the only time Ive been able to talk to someone in customer service, in the middle of my calm explanation, I was hung up on.Evidently, they dont stand behind their work!

Satisfied with install process, crew (****** / *****) were very professional, also happy about the clean up after each visit. Job was completed on time stated. ( Exception was a delay in the window replacement which was not the installers fault) Would recommend in the future.
