I bought my tickets online and was double charged. Manager told me there was nothing he could do about it because it only printed one set of tickets. The movie screen froze and has taken a long time for them to resolve the matter. I only ordered one thing for my daughter and it is the mini hot dogs and it has been over 30 minutes. It also took them 15 to come get the order, we were the only ones in the theater at the time we placed the order. Other customers who came in well after we did got their food before we did. The theaters are gorgeous, the seats are comfortable, but the staff is rude and unprofessional. I hope that they will resolve that issue once they have been open a little longer.

This theater is not Disability Friendly. There are stairs inside the theater as well as ramps to walk up. Had to find a manager in the bar area to ask for a booster seat, they don't have any in, but are expecting some. There are no lounge chairs or benches when you come into the theater lobby. You stand in line even if you buy tickets on line. The theater does have a row of handicap accessible seats that are super close to the screen.
