I have always had a great experience at Star ER. The check in process is easy and I have never had to wait very long to be admitted and to see the nurses and doctor. I always choose Star ER for emergency care.

I have Never had an experience at ANY hospital or clinic EVER where I was treated with such superior excellent quality of care!!! From receptionist ,Ann, to nurse Maliazza Dr. , to the ultrasound technician!!!!! Please please if you or. loved one needs medical attention go Straight to Star Er on South Loop 289 and IndianaThat’s where I will go because I KNOW they will take the utmost care of me!!! Kudos for them!!!!

My experience was great! Staff was pleasant and attentive. Dr. Burke has a great bedside manner. He carefully listened to my explanation of the issue I had and immediately knew what meds to prescribe for me. It was busy, but I was in and out in a timely manner.
