Very clean, professional, and fast service! Everyone was awesome from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the lab tech, to the dr. at Star ER. We had been recommended to go there when needed, and those recommendations were spot on! Very pleased that we went there and had a great experience, especially as far as going to the ER. No wait time and very professional! Thank you!

Came in with asthma attack/shortness of breath. Receptionist was kind and helpful in understanding my situation and made sure to inform nurse of situation. Nurse Grace was very kind and knowledgeable. Even though they were busy she kept checking on me frequently. Dr Skelton, most attentive and caring.

The doctor, nurse and X-ray tech were great. I was in and out fairly quick. I got the answers I needed. I was however super frustrated with the clerk, she couldn’t pull up my insurance information online. I still don’t know what my insurance covered or not. Other than that, I would highly recommend.
