As Los Angeles is a huge city and we had relatively few time, we thought the best way to discover it is a hop on-hop off bus tour. However now I'm sorry to say, that for the price we paid for our 24h ticket, we had much better to pay for public transport tickets or parking lots, and could enjoy our visit much more. The waiting times for the buses are enormously long. The passenger has no clue when to get to a bus stop and how long s/he has to stand there. Currently trapped on a broken down bus. No compensation or partial refund offered and when requested, the response,"there will be no refund."
Very disappointed by the Starline staff, first they sold me a 24hour pass saying it is a 24 hour total ride pass. Went to the ticket office on Santa Monica Pier and the lady was laughing at me, absolutely insulting and worse customer service. Today the purple bus was 15min before time in LA downtown and next one was 1:30 afterwards. Glad we did not book any more tour with them.
