We booked Starline for a trip to Legoland through our hotel (Hyatt Regency Orange County). The pickup was a disaster. Starline told us that the pickup time (for a shuttle to their main office to pay and catch a shuttle to the park) at our hotel was 8:20am and to make sure we were outside. We went out and waited at 8:10. By 8:30 we had our hotel call their office, the person on the phone said the shuttle would be to us in 8 minutes. Booked a roundtrip from Santa Monica Terminal to Disneyland.... First ride to Anaheim was good... About 45 minutes. But...goin back home...dropp off all the people at the diffrent hotels took us 2.5 hours! That sucks and is not okay at all....! Uber or bus is cheaper and faster! Wouldnt book again!

I was really hesitant to book w them because of the bad reviews. So I called them. I hear a woman screaming loudly in the background and I told the guy that I saw there reviews on fb and said I was hesitant to book w them. I was hoping he could reassure me that this company isn't as bad as everyone is stating. He hung up on me. You know there bad if you hear a woman screaming and they hang up on you. Instead I called la city tours and spoke to a really nice guy booked it w them.
RecommendedBasically our tour was great today except the last leg of the red route from the yellow route. The audio was terrible and we had no idea of what we were seeing; it was bus 357. It was disappointing not to be aware of our surroundings! I had never toured LA area before so not sure what I saw on the last leg.
