There is nothing vip about starline, Warner bris vip tour may be amazing but the trip there & back is worse than average ! I will take a car directly there next time, don't waste your money on the transfer

I would not recommend the A1 6 hour tour. You spend the majority of the time on a crowded bus and traveling, with no time to sight see. The bathrooms available at the stops are horrible! The guide is nice but it doesn't make up for the inflated price for what you get.

Run down dirty vehicles. One driver bordered on road rage and was rude and aggressive to passengers. Two other drivers really nice but should find another company to work for because this one brings them down. Also got left at a theme park for running 12 mins late when park couldn't find my ID to return, after having 4 tours with company they said they didn't have my phone number to call, bullshit, regardless and didn't care to offer any compensation for the $100+ taxi fare we had to get back to hotel! Drove to and from anaheim in a van without air conditioning. The tour didn't take us up to the Hollywood sign...they just pointed to it from a street with a view of it. This tour is over priced and only shows you "celebrity" gates..not actual houses..and they could really be anyone's gate. Save your money .

You deserve a 0 star rating! Will NOT be using this service again or recommending to others. We used the Disneyland transport service to save time (public transport would of taken a couple of hours). All was fine on the way there. The way back has been a different story. Firstly we left 20mins late from Disneyland. Our destination is the Chinese theatre and we have been all the way out to the airport & Santa Monica! All over the place! It's currently 8.56pm an we are still nowhere near the Chinese theatre. As much as we would like to leave on time we need to give passengers who have a challenge with punctuality a grace period of 15 mins and from what we discovered there were quite a few passengers who were running late back to the bus.
