A whole day tour that could have been done in 2 hours. It was a lot of wasted information and of no interest to anyone on the bus.

We started the tour at Santa Monica pier and were then taken to a super sketchy transfer station and put on another bus... Little did we know that we were embarking on a 3 hour tour ride from hell. It's impossible to navigate this tour bus system and I'm currently still lost on this bus tour as I write this review. I have been to LA before and I have absolutely NO idea how this tour took such a terrible turn... Basically if you love spending your entire day on a bus lost and confused this is the tour for you!

Tour guide, Rob was absolutely brilliant! That man has a wealth of knowledge and was a pleasure to deal with. However, as a company, Starline are useless. Kept us waiting in the lobby of our hotel for over an hour before cancelling our Stars Homes tour and offered us no kind of remedy or compensation. Rob, you should go out on your own and run private tours of LA because you are fantastic and way too good for this mob!
You guys should be shut down.. Non trained murderers.. Fuck you and your shitty tours.. Ass hole pieces of shit

My family of 5 had our day planned but the driver we had failed to stop at places we wanted to go. We were on top and a couple of times he slowed down but did not announce the location or stop long enough for us to get down the steps. The buses in the Hollywood area had an annoying screen over them, for shade, but it made for awful pics. I loved the narrators, I enjoyed hearing about events that happened but my kids, 15, 15 and 17 were bored as it was mostly about people they hadn't heard of before. I complained 2x and f... read more
