Booked a Warner Bros tour and Hop on Hop off Bus ticket through Santa Monica office. Tour was good but the information about Bus routes were wrong and misleading. We were given a partial refund and told that we'd have to catch a bus to LAX and then a cab back to our hotel, a 2 hour trip. The girl in Hollywood office said sometimes the staff tell tourist what they like to sell a tour! Won't be using them again !

Worst possible service that I have experienced with any of the hop on and hop off bus tours. LA today at Farmars market stop we waited for 1 hr and 10 mins a total of 70 minutes with small kid. When called the guys had no clue and the bus came in loaded . Waste of my money and everyone else .. I suggest use public transportation instead ..
Never, ever been spoken to in such a rude manor as I just was by one of your telephone agents. Appalling.
Four of us went on the Starline Celebrity Homes Tour just a week ago, it was dire, the guide was utterly useless and just kept repeating himself over and over again, and over again! my sister in law gave up and took her earphones out. Total waste of money and time
