We didn't have a good experience using this tour. We had a large group and purchased the 48 hour tour. The first day was fairly easy as the bus picked us up out the front of our hotel and we took the loop. The second day we wanted to do a different loop so we either had to do the full loop we had done the day before to get to the starting point of the tour we wanted or find our way back a couple of stops to the starting point of our preferred tour. We ended up getting a cab back but he charged us $25 for a 5 min fare and rea... read more

Great way to see alot in a short period. Recommend 2 days for the whole route, 1 is not enough to enjoy it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The Grand City Tour was a grand waste of time and money. For the price they charge, I was SHOCKED at how disorganized the service was. We were shepherded like cattle on and off the bus at the same location several times at the start and end of the tour. The boarding process was absurdly complicated. We got on the bus at the hotel, off to pay, back on, and then back off again before taking a walking tour. I was traveling with someone who uses a cane, and the employees were anything but acc... read more
