it is an absolutely poorly run apartment with the new owners. Customer service is missing now and repairs do not get done unless you call the city or housing commission. Highly recommend staying away! They don't clean well before move ins either, I have seen some not cleaned at all. so. gross!!!!
At first, I liked it here. Then, I got locked out of my garage that had the keys to my apartment. Maintenance stated they couldn't do lockouts after hours because they can't verify who actually lives in my apartment so perhaps they have some antiquated system that doesn't allow maintenance to main anything without office staff. That's a level of incompetence I didn't bank on for the amount of rent I pay in this place. Don't be fooled. Most people that leave a review haven't lived under their rule. I'll add photos as I can. I'd add videos if I could. I had to install a camera in the apartment I rented. They do random checks. Maintenance will come in with fake work orders that you didn't ask for. Please for your own sake. Take pictures of everything, and bring a witness. I have had so many issues trying to reach management. They are also terrible at communicating, the main example being at least 2 robberies that they never told tenants about. I knew one of the people robbed and told as many neighbors after so they were aware. There was constantly police outside my window, and I still don't know why. The updates that they did to the apartments were at best an intrusion that inconvenienced us for multiple days because I am disabled and cannot easily move all of my stuff out of the cabinets an... read more
My mom lived at this complex twice. The first time was in 2016 and we had no issues but the second time was a total nightmare. It's unfortunate that the office staff are completely incompetent of how to manage this property. From the chaotic/poorly planned remodel to the mishandling of my mom's account upon her moving out. I'm beyond unimpressed.
I moved out of an apartment near Huntsville, AL & they never returned my deposit. They would not return my phone calls or emails. They sent a false debt claim to a collection agency. Luckily, I kept all communications to show it was a false claim. I do not recommend.
This place is beyond garbage!!! The moment you step out your apartment you get a big whiff of dog feeces. You just so happen to make your way to the back left and the place looks like a Dump Site. Washer machines thrown around from the "renovating", garbage everywhere. They charge you for upgrades you have not and most likely will not receive within your lease agreement.
