RecommendedFor the price you will be paying to live here, you are better off finding somewhere Uptown or just getting a house. The walls are paper thin; your neighbors might as well be living in the same unit as you. Every single day (including weekends) between the hours of 3-6 AM I get awaken by my neighbors above. I lived at Ascent at Mallard Creek for 16 months 9/2019 - 2/2021. Although the staff is mostly pleasant to work with and the ground are adequately maintained, be aware of the following: 1. Hard to get a staff member on the phone, if you have a need you’ll need to physically go to the office. 2. Some neighbors have dogs that bark literally all day, so if you work from home, have headphones. 3. If your are a late sleeper, good luck. The walls are paper thin. Even after months of complaining, nothing is ever done about loud music and partying. I’ve been woken up in the middle of the night so many times is ridiculous.

I am a sleep deprived tenant in a property they invest or whatever it is they do in Willoughby, OH. You don't want your money here. There has to be better investments than this.
Canterbury Apartments blocked my Google review from being seen by the public, so I'm posting it wherever else I can to warn people. The unit itself is nice but that's it. We've lived here for 4 months and since then have had our unit shot at, resulting in a broken window and popped tire. Property stolen out of our vehicle in broad daylight. Cheapest most expensive apartment community, I have only been here since Sept. and I have had issues with everything from plumbing to a water stains on my wall, from a previous leak above me. I expect if I am paying $1600 for any apartment these issues would be addressed before I moved in and the staff is too passive regarding concerns. Think hard before moving and do your research. I love the Providence area, but I am very disappointed in my experience with this community.

I live at the Bluewater Property in Charleston Been living here for almost 3 years. At first it was great the property team made things fun and interesting. The place was kept up and they even did regular events like game nights that made this feel like an actual community. Things have slowly gone downhill since. No more events, no more upkeep, a car wash amenity that was down for almost 6 months plus other amenities that regularly are out of order. Poor landscaping and upkeep.
