Working with Steven was a efficient, stress free experience. He was the equivalent of top tier concierge service in a five star hotel. He communicated with my husband and i during the entire lending processe and did not leave us with too many questions or concerns as he was on top of things and thorough. Steven is an excellent lender. I recently bought a house late December and wanted to close the loan ASAP. Steven was very prompt in replying to all the little things that a new and first time home buyer worries about. He was available all day every day 24/7 and was very quick to reply.
