Steven, was very informative and always answered my questions in full detail regardless if i thought they were basic or silly. He provided factual information with supporting documents to help you to make a decision. Steven always responds to my inquires in a timely manner and advise if a response would be delayed. Additionally, i love the fact that he was at my closing.

I contacted Guaranteed Rate after initially working with another lender who left my wife and I extremely dissatisfied due to their lack of response and their inability to answer what we thought was very standard questions.
