Very upset with the service. The first time I took my pup here they helped her and had a reasonable pricing. I go in today because I noticed the issue had returned so I asked to buy more of the medicine and they said no, and that she needed to be seen again. I tried to explain that it was the same issue as before and all I was being told was that I need to pay to have my dog seen. I left very upset and with the belief they cared more about making a profit instead of helping my dog. Will be searching for a new vet in the area... read more
Well, I called today to request a ballpark estimate on three specific procedures for my dog and they refused to give one unless I paid $50 for a visit. Since an estimate is pretty standard and several other vets are willing to work with me, I am going to one of them instead. The only good thing I can say is the receptionist who answered the phone was friendly.
