I had great vets when I lived in Hemet, and was sorry to leave them. But right after moving to Bako, my little girl got sick and I took her in. Dr. Bollier gave her a pretty thorough eval and put her on meds. He also told me he strongly suspected Cushings disease, but advised the definitive lab tests would be very costly, as would the targeted treatment. I won't take any dog I own anywhere else. Rose Rakow is the best vet I've ever dealt with, not only is she great at what she does she is a true animal lover. When my corgi had to be put down she cried with us, she is thorough in everything she does and took great care of my new rescue during her first vet visit and check-up. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, there isn't a better place to take your fur baby.

I love my new vet and so does my doggy!! The front desk girls are very kind and professional and you feel like they care!! They also kindly worked my dog in as she was suffering with this cough. They got me in the next day!! And after BVH making my dog wait 4 weeks otherwise they said I could pay 120$ and come in anytime. Are they joking??? Dr. Rose Rakow is an amazing vet. We took my son's rabbit to her and she was able to clear the rabbits skin issue right up. We had taken the show rabbit to two other vets who said they could help us with a rabbit - which was not true. They did not know what they were talking about and SEVERLY overcharged us, without even fixing the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Rakow - she was very kind and gentle. She even does the health evaluations for the rabbits at the fair =)

I love this place. I've been brining my pets here for awhile now. Dr. Rakow is Tigger's Dr. She is so gentle. She really cares about her patients.

Dog was seen right away. My dog was tested with parvovirus and got treated right away. Everyone was very nice and cared.

I was going out of town for the weekend and my 14yo minpin needed a booster and a dental checkup. Not only was their boarding HALF the price of others, they got my dog in while he was there and gave me a great deal! We've been taking multiple dogs here for several years and even when we had to put one down, they were so compassionate to our family and consoled our kids. I just think every time is something else why they are great! Oh, and I don't want to forget about the front staff bc they often get left behind. Those girls... read more

I took my dog there when I called my regular vet and could not get in for two weeks. Stiern Veterinary gave us an appointment the next day. The office staff was very compassionate and helpful, as our dog was very ill at the time and our family was very worried. The prices were very reasonable. Our dog had prostate cancer and was given two years. And every time we went to the office the veterinarians and staff, always shared hope with us.
