I went to purchase vehicle, salesperson was horrible. I’m not putting his name down in this review, but he needs to be knowledgeable of the inventory . I asked him 6 questions, no straight answer on any of the questions! He absolutely talked in circles!!! We had already found vehicles on line that we were interested in, he could not tell us where they were located after 20 minutes. We left!

I spent Saturday evening negotiating a deal with Quinton via phone conversation, because I'm 2.5 hours away from Montgomery. (I am thankful for his responsiveness and agility to work via phone conversation) We settled on a deal about 7pm Saturday afternoon and I told him that I would be there first thing Monday morning to sign everything and purchase the truck. because they are a liar they should tell you that you have to have good credit before you come and it's not 500 dollars down they are false advertising and not what they claim to be
I called on Monday morning to schedule appointment to take my 2018 Edge in for repairs. Issue with lift gate, nothing to do with the running of the vehicle. I was told to have it there Wednesday at 9 AM. After I had been there for nearly an hour waiting to get checked in, I was told it might take 48-72 hours for repair, of course I would get a loaner vehicle. My husband found a NEW 2018 F-150 with 12 miles online. We drove from one hour away to be led in circles with weasel wording only to find out the truck was actually a courtesy vehicle with 2300 miles on it. There were scratches and signs where a drink had been spilled. The salesperson told us that couldn’t be updated online. SHOPPER BEWARE!
Service dept personnel very rude!! Bought my truck there but will not be returning for any service.
