We had an issue where we needed to refi our house in short order to purchase land. Other companies would only promise 45 - 60 days. David promised he could deliver on our refi in 30 days or less. It was less. David was very responsive and kept us informed of throughout the mortgage process. He answered calls and texts from me at all hours and always made sure we were informed. He works with very responsive team and we were very impressed with the level of service.

We searched for an agent that was very knowledgeable about the Home Loans and that is exactly what we found with Dave. We worked with him for about 2 months while looking at different homes. He helped us a lot by providing upfront information on mortgage rates. He was always quick to respond, accommodating to our schedule, and patient with us. Dave and his team are very attentive and dedicated. I was referred to him in 2012, but I wasn't qualified for a loan at the time due to short credit history. Until last beginning of 2015, I decided to make a purchase of my very first home and I remembered to email Dave; he's very responsive as usual. Dave walked me through and taught me many things about home purchasing. I highly recommend him to all homebuyers. In the near future, I'll definitely give him a call to help me refinance my loan!
