Secured first use of VA loan benefits through Dave with a far less than perfect credit score and over-extended debt ratio. His knowledge and guidance helped me and my wife get our first home very quickly! Closed right within sellers timeline. Was having slow development with my previous loan officer I talk to Dave Oct 25 he has me pre approved over the phone in minutes and everything else was a cake walk he and his team stay calling me keeping me on my toes anything I didn't understand or knew they was a phone call away. 2 months later I was closing on my home they kept my mortgage in my allowed payment they was truly a blessing to work with GREAT!!!!
