Sadly, this used to be my favorite restaurant ever. Last few times it was subpar and ser ice was horrible. This time, solidified we will not be back. Worst service ever.
As a semi regular customer I was disappointed in a few things that occurred this evening. I made reservations and expected to be seated in my chosen location (outside); it wasn't available. I was told I had to sit inside. There was no explanation for my reserved seats not being available, no offer to wait. * UPDATE - The manager called to apologize and offered us gift cards to come back. We never received them. We were stuck way back in a corner. No ambience at all. The food really wasn't good. It was my husband and I with another couple. We all agreed. It was very disappointing. Two people ordered ribeyes. They didn't have a good flavor or searing. Sorry to learn not only is our favorite server leaving, but now Andrew, the Manager is also not going to be there. Very disappointed in these developments, what is the Cunningham group doing wrong that key people are no longer going to be part of their staff? You will lose us as customers if you don’t do something about your long overdue update to your menu. Key people leaving makes the experience of dining there not very appealing, as that was a plus, certainly not your stale menu.

slow service, cold food, very noisy....Disappointed.
We had steak frites. The steak was tough and chewy. We ordered one medium rare which was fine and the other medium which was well done and dry.
Even though I had a reservation, we were seated in the bar at a high table where it was quite uncomfortable (table too high for my children to even reach their food). The ice cream sundae was ironically the worst I’ve ever eaten
