This is a nice place to eat. Great for special occasions or a classy night in the suburbs.
Food was average. Service was sort of slow.
My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed our meals immensely. The service was not too stuffy and our waitress answered our menu questions well. I had the seafood broil and my husband had the Durango medallions. Both were excellent choices. This is a nice new gem in Olde Montgomery. The parking garage was very convenient and safe.
Disappointing - great salad, however the main course and dessert were not up to par. I ordered a broiled seafood (scallops, shrimp, mahi mahi) and it was pretty flavorless. My husband ordered seared tuna and he said it was overcooked and tasted like it had just been frozen. The creme brulee was weird. It was supposed to be vanilla bean, but tasted like it was lemon flavored. We didn't even finish it. Also, we sat in a booth and I have never sat on such an uncomfortable seat. Very nice ambiance. Loved the decor.
Rather loud with many tables in high traffic areas
We had a beautiful window view of the sparkling holiday lights outside which made our XMAS EVe dining festive. The food--especially the crab cakes--was excellent. So was the service. The only suggestion is to mute the noise somehow so it's easier to carry on a conversation with dinner mates.
