Service was a little slow today potentially short of staff

Possibly. The brussels sprouts were not fully cooked and it would be nice if the salad was included with the meal.
Lots of space and decor was nice. Food was disappointing. My wife’s “Medium” filet was more like jerky. My Durango Ribeye that was supposed to be medium rare was pretty close to raw, which normally would t bother me but the cut of meat was also very poor. One of the fattiest ribeyes I have ever seen. Just disappointed by food.
Usually a great meal and very attentive service, but not quite this past Friday. Service continued to be good, but entree of mahi mahi was over cooked and therefore dry. Hopefully an oversight, since have had many of the same entree in the past that have been perfect. Going back to see if true.
It's my favorite restaurant but the last three times we went service has been terrible. Not sure why and was hoping the first 2 times were just a fluke but now I'm feeling like it's a trend. Just very cold, unhappy servers. I get the vibe they hate their job and my being there bothers them. All three times we couldnt even get a thank you or have a nice day when they gave us our credit card receipt. Just drops the black book, turns around and leaves.
