We went to stonecreek for my son's 27th birthday. I ordered the butternut squash Wellington. When it came out it was looked beautiful and was very impressive but it was cold so I sent it back. the waiter told me that it would be out again shortly and that they were cooking me a new Wellington. when I got the Wellington back they had not prepared a new one they had stuck it back in the oven most of the filo dough had dissolved and the phyllo dough that was left on the Wellington underneath was burnt there were no fresh Greens... read more
We had reservations and when we arrived we were told that tables weren't turning over as fast as they should so we would have to wait 15-30 minutes. There were many open tables, I assume they didn't have enough servers. We offered to sit at the bar and the hostess was very appreciative and thanked us. That was our mistake. The bartender appeared to be new. The main bartender, a blonde woman, was very nice to deal with but was obviously overwhelmed. We booked the restaurant for a birthday two weeks in advance and we get seated in the middle of the track meet next to bar near the front door. Loud as heck and every person that came into and out of the place brushed thru us. Ambiance was ruined.
