Service The Stonebriar family is courteous, friendly and professional. My Silverado was admitted at 11AM and ready for pick up by 3:30 PM the same day. It got a bath. paint treatment and detailed. Nice work guys!!
Consistently Excellent Care We've had excellent experiences with Stonebriar (much more so than with other Chevy dealerships/service departments in the northern Dallas area). We have almost worked exclusively with Lenah in the service department, and she has been awesome to work with. The tech staff does its best to have the work done in the timeline promised and it's always been done correctly the first time. Service prices are commensurate with other dealerships and brands.
Great service-as usual Stonebriar always treats my vehicle as if it were their own vehicle. Service is performed right the first time, on time, and with friendly professional customer service. They are the standard by which dealerships should be measured.
Always professional and accommodating Coming from a person that hates “car salesmen”, my experience with the buying process, trade in and service as been excellent at Stonebriar. The last purchase had most of the sale conducted remotely. Places keep these options available.

Minor maintenance Minor maintenance was performed satisfactory. I like the fact they offered several service packages for specific prices. That let me know exactly what to expect and what I was receiving. The bonus they provided was a free car wash.
