Avoid at all cost! Customer service sucks and all you will get are excuses. They like to play word games.

I would not buy a scooter from them ever again. They lied to me to get me to pay extra when I bought my Tahoe from them. They tell you that you will always have a loaner for service then never have one available. They will try to sell you this "Premium" package called ZakTek to treat your leather during your service, but never have a loaner and can never get this service completed--total waste of money. Stone briar Chevrolet was great when trying to sell my truck to me. The service after the sale is horrendous. Within 6 months of buying, my door developed a rattle. This was pre pandemic. They had my truck for a total of 7 days. Every time I went up to check on it they assured me they were working on it. However every time they told me that I went out and found my truck parked in the back lot. I sold my 2019 Corvette here two weeks ago and I haven't received my check yet. My credit union just released the title, and Stonebriar Chevrolet said they have to receive it in the mail (which could take another 40 days). They had to have been able to already verify transfer of ownership because they're currently listening it on their website. I think that this is a dishonest ploy to maximize cash on hand to help maximize inventory. It shouldn't take me six weeks to get my check for selling my car. The longer they hold... read more

My friend tried to purchase a new car from your dealership. He callwd and was upset with the sales person and how unprofessional he treated him. So he called and asked to speak to the general manager and was told the general manager doesn't have a phone extension and he doesn't take calls. So based on that I will shop elsewhere. Please remove me from your list. Gk

Almost $10k in repairs over four visits, all of which involved our engine and oil system only to be told we had engine damage that they were aware of but since the engine hadn't failed yet, they still suggested the other repairs (one of which cost $5k) knowing our engine would soon need to be replaced. Then they quoted us at $11k for a rebuilt engine. It was clear they missed the problem and misdiagnosed the issue each time prior, but refused to accept any responsibility. Don't waste your time here. They are the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with, we went in to buy a truck, went thru test drive, our trade in value etc...they come out with the numbers and added 5k "market adjustment" over MSRP (which was not listed online) and just tried to skim over it without saying a word. When I asked why they added an extra 5k they acted like it was because trucks were so hard to find....well...they aren't, there are literally a hundred or more trucks exactly like we were looking at in DFW area.... read more

Worst dealership ever. They take zero responsibility for their work and will mess your car up. They screwed up my alignment. Changed the wrong tire. The dealership manager doesn't even return calls or care about the customers they serve. This is the last car I will ever buy here and the last time I will ever bring my vehicle into this dealer. They try and squeal their way out of taking any responsibility for the crud work they do which has cost me another 1000.00 out of pocket because they screwed the work up the first time ... read more

Terrible!! I went to get my very first oil change on my new car. Mileage was 6900, they reported at 16100!!!! I noticed before I left and they said "your advisor is at lunch if you want to wait another hour you can see him". I had been there 3 1/2 hours!!!!! Just for an oil Change. Now they've reported the incorrect mileage to carfax. I called the advisor DC THREE times that day to make sure it was corrected, he promised it was. Found out via car fax it wasn't.
