Initially, it took time to get a person on the phone, but once I transferred to the Denver location, things were perfect
Having tried to contact someone at the Denver storage facility, today (Jul. 6th), KItty (sp?) and Justin both contacted me, upon learning I was getting preempted with efforts to Pay Bill on-line or by phone. They immediately intervened, waived the ridiculous late fee that was a consequence of your poorly managed system transition, got my account current, and restored my AutoPay. Katie went above and beyond to help us and definitely looking forward to storing our vehicle there just for her customer service! The first gentleman (name?) we spoke to was pleasant as well.
Naomi was so helpful. She followed up at just the right time and was very efficient at getting the rental process finalized.

It was a very easy sign of precious and all my needs. Everything was three girls depressive is super easy and very friendly.

I have been using this storage location for several years. I was a little concerned when the store local took over that things would change for the worst. Fortunately they didn't it's still a great place to store stuff and more importantly affordable.
