They probably did good work but took over a month to change the trunk release on my car and do simple service work. And I had to take it back to get the final service reminder dealt with. It's no longer a privately owned service station, like Emerald was, but more of a corporate experience with fixed prices for each little piece of work.

Had to get the brake fluid refilled. They had a great deal on flushing the entire system, and threw in a multi-point inspection as part of the service. Trina was incredibly friendly and helpful talking me through the whole process. Car had to be left overnight because the recent storm slowed them up. They provided me with a Lyft ride home, and the car was ready the next day. I had the best experience. Out of nowhere at 8am during a storm, I started having issues with my brakes. I called and Trina answered and told me to bring it in. They let me know the work on my brakes (and belts I had been putting off) may not be done by the end of the day. Since I was in SF for work but live in the east bay, Trina said she would hold their loaner car for me just in case so I could get home that evening. They also ordered me a courtesy Lyft to work. After reading all of the reviews I thought I would give them a try. After speaking with them I brought my car in for a brake fluid change. They were soo amazing that I also had my oil changed and bought 4 new tires with alignment. Phenomenal experience. I will only go to them from now on. Thank You very much Stress Free. It really was.

I found Stress-Free Auto Care on yelp and with so many good reviews, felt confident about taking our van in for service. The shop was very responsive, keeping me updated on text and offered to connect on the phone. They fixed the van in a timely manner and it was affordable. The only issue came when it was time to pick up the van. There was some back and forth about when it was ready, as well as a necessary repair that had not yet been fixed when I got to the shop to pick it up. Mike and Walter made my whole week. Brought the car in on Friday with short notice while I was planning on going to Tahoe Sunday and they got it done Saturday night no problem. Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful and I really appreciate the effort they all put in. Will be coming back!!

My brakes were making a horrible sound and I was very worried about getting them fixed quickly and the cost. I was also concerned about follow-on costs of rental cars and cabs, transportation to my job in remote-ish location...was very stressed out.
