I found Stress-Free Auto Care on yelp and with so many good reviews, felt confident about taking our van in for service. The shop was very responsive, keeping me updated on text and offered to connect on the phone. They fixed the van in a timely manner and it was affordable. The only issue came when it was time to pick up the van. There was some back and forth about when it was ready, as well as a necessary repair that had not yet been fixed when I got to the shop to pick it up. Mike and Walter made my whole week. Brought the car in on Friday with short notice while I was planning on going to Tahoe Sunday and they got it done Saturday night no problem. Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful and I really appreciate the effort they all put in. Will be coming back!!

My brakes were making a horrible sound and I was very worried about getting them fixed quickly and the cost. I was also concerned about follow-on costs of rental cars and cabs, transportation to my job in remote-ish location...was very stressed out. If you want to get ripped off they get you with an inspection fee of 250 dollars , which is something they have you do and then your trapped with this fee which is part of the rip off as all they had to do was replace a leaky hose which they charge around a thousand dollars to do, outrages price. I would be very careful and try to avoid this place as they blow a lot of smoke your way and get you when you first walk through the door with a 250 fee that they then try to convince you your getting a good deal by deducting this f... read more

Had a slow leak in one of my tires and made an appointment online. They repaired my tire in about 10 minutes. Entire process was very easy from start to finish.

After a series of disasters, including the totaling of my beloved Lexus, I ended up buying a used Honda Fit. I was very sure to have it checked out at a Honda dealership who gave it a rave review. They replaced my drive belt as requested for $200. I think could have gotten it for way less at Toy Shop but they are booked out 7 weeks and Stress Free had immediate and flexible scheduling (can even schedule on-line which I love). They also do a very nice photo report inspection, which I also love. Their communication is great and extremely timely and transparent. Loved that. I had to negotiate with them pretty hard (not ideal), but they topped off my engine oil, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid for free.
