if you want to pay $250 per hour for the mechanic, that's your shop. i received an inspection report and told them upon that to do work and wasn't aware of The hourly rate.
Great experience. Close by, excellent service and fair! They diagnosed the problem , and completed a full inspection for a reasonable price. Will be back!
They were quick, transparent, and provided a detailed report over text. They also update you as they work on the car via text. I'll definitely be back.
I cannot say enough about how good these guys are. They are honest and show you pictures as well as videos of what is wrong and what needs to be done. They keep you updated in a timely manner and are a diamond in the ruff . This place is the anti-dealership with no mystery charges and no pretense. Emerald Auto is a City shop with a lot of history in the community and do not sully their reputation with dishonest practices. Everything is up front and above board. Refreshing.
Price 5/5 (very reasonable) - Jiffy Lube was about to charge me more and make me buy my own filter. Customer service 7/5 - the team here made the entire experience so seamless and really paid attention to the details of the car and client. They worked with my needs and were so kind unlike other places I was attempting to get this done from. So happy I went with Stress-Free Auto Care / Emerald Auto.
Great experience. I decided to look for alternate options for my Honda repair when the dealership presented an exorbitant estimate. I should not have wasted time there. I'm glad that I found these folks. Rebecca was fantastic. She was right on top of things and kept me informed of my options, as we went. The work was done on time. Rebecca was super helpful throughout my entire experience. I was able to get a full diagnosis of my vehicle and solve the issues I needed in order to have my car ready for a smog check. The shop really lives up to the name "Stress-Free." Not only did they have the best prices when I was shopping around for quotes, but they paid for my Lyft back to my apartment when I thought I might have to walk.
Very efficient service. Loved the text message updates of when my car was being worked on and when it was done. Also received a free multi point inspection with detailed pictures highlighting any issues that need to be addressed in the future - 10/10 would recommend again!
