While ultimately Stress-Free Auto wasn't able to help with my car situation, Lorne and his staff made their best efforts to help me fix my car. After several unsuccessful attempts to gain the parts I needed (through not fault of their own), they reached out to other auto centers to make that happen, even at their own expense. Place is a total rip off! They make enormous mark up on parts as one of the earlier reviewers noted. Same exact part number and brand as the local auto parts store but (3X) three times as expensive. When I asked why they charged so much more the manager just outright lied and said they were OEM which was total garbage. They also will try to up sell you on a bunch of un necessary "repairs" like a radaitor and brake line flush. Go find an honest repair shop this place is a scam.

An excellent place for car repairs and maintenance! Professional staff and responsive to your inquiries and concerns. So far, I have had a good experienced with Brent and his staff. They provide you the maintenance list so you are aware of things that need to be replaced. I stagger my appointments to every other month to give me room for budgeting my finances. For AAA members, they honor the 10% discount!

My car was towed to Stress-Free and they really did make it stress free! They communicated with me promptly and everyone I spoke to in our various interactions was professional, polite and pleasant. They did an inspection and found lots wrong besides the bad battery. They weren't offended when I declined most of the work. They did a fast, good job on the things I did approve, and were super efficient and just good to work with. Highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care!

I used to come here when it was Emerald as it was the closest place to me for anything including smog checks. FORTUNATELY I called because reviews here say they do smog checks, BUT THEY DO NOT! I guess they are limiting what services they provide. Pretty sad.
