Brought my car in to Loren for regular oil service and new tires. Service was excellent and friendly. I would go to him again for future car service needs.

Amazing service from an incredible team! Not only was scheduling and drop off convenient and easy, I was informed of urgent work to complete on the car and given a detailed explanation of my options and why they mattered. Will certainly be coming back.

The service and management was amazing! I had gone to a couple of shops and felt like I was getting the run around. I spoke to Loren and he was fair gentle and kind and explained things thoroughly where I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of as the other shops made me feel that way!.I highly recommend this business.

Haha requested a quote on yelp for rear brake pads replacement. The amount end up to be $350-400 for my Toyota Corolla. Then why don't I just replace it at dealership for similar price.

A few hiccups but overall a good experience. We came in because there was an unknown loud noise while driving at a high speed. The mechanic went on a test drive with us and was able to diagnose the issue within just a few minutes which was great. The initial estimate provided was detailed and clear. The work did take a few extra days and we unfortunately didn't receive a heads up on the delay until we showed up to pick up the car (hiccup 1).
