My car broke down Friday late afternoon, so I was dreading having to wait for Monday to schedule repairs since not a lot of places are open on the weekend. It was great to find one open on weekends and relatively close by. I called Saturday morning to make the inquiry, they ordered the part that needed replacing, and I was able to get my car in the shop for service the same day because the part came earlier than expected! Really fast and convenient service. They were able to get the correct parts the first time around for my old car which most are not able to do. Stress free was also very transparent in their pricing. I also really appreciate that they were able to communicate and work with my insurance.

Loren Winfrey is an excellent values-driven leader. I followed him from his last auto shop, and he's done nothing but blow my mind with his outstanding customer service and quality over the years. Loren just got off the phone with me when I was assessing some trouble with my car before a big trip. He said he would take a look at it first thing in the morning and personally give me the green light if it was OK to drive. While ultimately Stress-Free Auto wasn't able to help with my car situation, Lorne and his staff made their best efforts to help me fix my car. After several unsuccessful attempts to gain the parts I needed (through not fault of their own), they reached out to other auto centers to make that happen, even at their own expense. Place is a total rip off! They make enormous mark up on parts as one of the earlier reviewers noted. Same exact part number and brand as the local auto parts store but (3X) three times as expensive. When I asked why they charged so much more the manager just outright lied and said they were OEM which was total garbage. They also will try to up sell you on a bunch of un necessary "repairs" like a radaitor and brake line flush. Go find an honest repair shop this place is a scam.

An excellent place for car repairs and maintenance! Professional staff and responsive to your inquiries and concerns. So far, I have had a good experienced with Brent and his staff. They provide you the maintenance list so you are aware of things that need to be replaced. I stagger my appointments to every other month to give me room for budgeting my finances. For AAA members, they honor the 10% discount!
