My car was towed to Stress-Free and they really did make it stress free! They communicated with me promptly and everyone I spoke to in our various interactions was professional, polite and pleasant. They did an inspection and found lots wrong besides the bad battery. They weren't offended when I declined most of the work. They did a fast, good job on the things I did approve, and were super efficient and just good to work with. Highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care!

I used to come here when it was Emerald as it was the closest place to me for anything including smog checks. FORTUNATELY I called because reviews here say they do smog checks, BUT THEY DO NOT! I guess they are limiting what services they provide. Pretty sad.

Pleasantly surprised at how stress-free this actually was. I recently took in my car for service and an oil change, and the whole process was super easy and extremely transparent. They send you updates about what's being worked on, with a live video feed into the shop, and no-pressure service recommendations which come with photos of the actual parts/areas of service recommended. Great experience with Stress-Free Auto Care. I found myself in an emergency situation where my car wouldn't start, and called Stress-Free to make sure they could accommodate a AAA tow on short notice. Rebecca was a superb communicator, letting me know status by voicemail AND text for diagnostics, recommendations, and fitting the solution into my budget. Nice folks, but $1400 for brake pads/rotors? The parts markup here is excessive. They're charging $642 for $264 worth of O'Reilly parts (same exact part number as quoted from them). I feel bad for people who don't know any better and get taken advantage of at this establishment.

Stress - Free is my to go if I have any issues with my car. The last time I had a flat tire, the person whom i was taling to expained that instead of buying a new tire i can just patch it since it was just a small nail that damaged the tire. I really apreciate his honesty because he could have told me that I have to buy a new tire for couple hundred dollas and thats the only solution but he did a right thing and helped me, I\m very thankful.
