I had the best experience getting an oil change at Stress-Free auto care. Drop off was easy, and Rebecca was super helpful in outlining what to expect and making sure I was comfortable with the inspection. I appreciated that each part of the inspection was photographed and the status explained in a PDF and when I had texted a question about the results, Rebecca immediately called me to explain. OK so I have already submitted repeat a review but it's not appearing and I'm still getting text from stress-free asking me to submit a review. I bought my car in on a Saturday to have the source of some misfires tracked. Although their technicians were unable to determine what was causing the misfire, the vibe at the shop is good and I'll be back. By the way, my car hasn't misfired since I took it there so they must've done something.

They are a 5 star business. I recommend this shop to anyone. Rebecca, Loren and I sadly can't remember the fellow who ordered me a new headlight are always happy to help. They offer no surprises and communicate so that you feel like you are the only customer in the shop. I was behind on several car issues - and turns out I had a few more - because I always dread going to the average auto shop. This is NOT the average auto shop - so easy to schedule, they communicate with you throughout (with text updates, photos of work in progress, etc.) and got it done ahead of schedule. Plus, the work was top-knotch. Can't recommend Stress-Free enough!
We took in our Toyota for a 120,000 mile service. Stress-Free Auto (SFA) is the best communicative service we've ever experienced. They sent us an estimate at the beginning and updated it with any change they found. The car is driving well and we are thankful for the solid work.
