Had an oil change done. After I picked up the 09 Toyota Highlander I felt the brakes felt soft. Turns out that it was only my feelings. Between Charles and the mechanic, they were very patient and reassuring. Made sure that not only was the vehicle in good shape but that I was comfortable. That is quality service! Thank you very much.

oh my gosh, I don't know what to say. This was the best car experience I've ever had. The email to me with a picture of the person I was going to meet before I even entered the door and then when I got there, they were super sweet and explained everything to me. They had a rolling progress TV in the living living room, letting everybody know where their car was at. They have chargers and coffee and a little couch in the lobby to make you feel at home. Here's how I met up with stress-free auto. It was the day before I was gonna move and my 2020 car just broke down right in the middle of the street stuck out in the street and people help me push into a gas station. Talk to one of the other mechanics on one of the corners, and then saw stress-free on the other side of me went over and talk to them And I can't remember the ladies name that sits at the front desk. Naomi was wonderful, my oil change turned into many items. She guided me through what was needed thanks to their VERY thorough inspection. I waited in the MOST comfortable lounge I have ever experienced. Their was an amazing coffee and tea selection, sodas and snacks available. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi and the hours flew by as I was able to work remotely on my laptop. I cannot recommend this shop more!!!!

Although, I was given a quote that was much lower than the actually cost. They did a good job very quickly, which I appreciated. I glad I took my car to this place.

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, non pushy, and explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand and not intimidating. Felt very trustworthy and honest. Additionally, they kept me posted with each stage of the repair, from a detailed inspection report and even a live stream of the repairs as they were being done! if I knew what I was looking at, I'm sure this would have been extra cool! love this place and the staff - won't be going anywhere else from now ... read more
