They were great. Hands down the best service ever. I would consider them family and I only met them once. They went far beyond what I expected and they are truly honest. Alex should have his picture on the company logo. They are second to none on that Arden way location

Great service -- I found this place initially on yelp and was drawn in by location as well as being open on the weekends! First visit I went in for a regular oil change, Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions and offered his own suggestions about services -- including getting my front brakes and rotors replaced. While this would be a more expensive service, he recommended I book online for a coupon! I got 10% off on my second visit. I will definitely be back again and again!

My daughter's car was towed in as the engine had failed and Alex and his team did a great job getting it checked out pretty quick and letting me know what was going on. I appreciate the constant communication and a detailed explanation of what was going on with the car. I also appreciate their honesty in my options for repair. While I didn't have the chance to meet Alex in person, his customer service over the phone was amazing! Next time we need a car repair shop, we will definitely be giving Stress-Free Auto Care a call!

In my experience they were very good. I had an electrical problem that turned out to be minor. They thoroughly document and send you pictures real-time while conducting your repair. Alex was knowledgeable and helpful.

I took my car in because it was making a loud noise turned out to be a simple low power steering fluid level but he found a more serious problem the pitman arm and idler arm were worn out and needed to be replaced. I'm glad he cought that saftey issue. He showed me the worn out parts he replaced and had the repair done in the same day. Car is now running great overall A+ service.
