The people there are very friendly! As a college student I don't know much about cars but they went in depth about what they need to do and how much it'll cost. Reasonable prices. Great communication on your car. My car is running like brand new!
Called this place on a Sunday driving back home to San Francisco from a wedding in a tiny town north of Tahoe. I had barely gotten the car started with jumper cables and wouldn't have been able to make it home without stopping for gas and getting stranded somewhere. It was very worth it to get this pre-purchase checkup--I was able to get the price reduced, and I know exactly what issues I need to address immediately in my new-to-me car. I will try to be as objective as possible. I had a problem with my car brakes (completely jammed) and took it there for diagnosis. Let me start with the service rep, Daniel--he's a class act and it was definitely great working with him. Yes, they are pricey,I paid $205 for the diagnosis. However, the report I received was comprehensive. My only complaint is that the report recommended fixing almost the entire brake system for almost $2,500. I know my car needs new pads and rotors, but this is a maintenance issue, not related... read more
