Find where knocking/vibration noise is coming from. Advise of the issue. Was told l8w on oil which was where noise was coming from? Oil changed and told noise is gone. Nothing has changed. Noise is still and loud as ever. No more of my money

10/10 would recommend! Very friendly staff, great deals, and extremely transparent and thorough. I was traveling through Sacramento, and Stress-Free was my saving grace-- to confirm I was good to eventually get back to LA. The manager, Alex P., went above and beyond to help. Even during a busy stint with less mechanics available for walk-ins, he found the time to explain everything so well! I've brought multiple cars in now and each time they've taken care of the issue. When I walked into the lobby I was surprised how clean and comfortable it was compared to other shops I've been to. I've interacted with both Daniel and Alex at the front desk and they have top notch customer service. This shop is honest, does quality work and provides a five star experience from the front desk to the mechanics in the shop. We will definitely be back when the time comes and would easily recommend this shop to those I know.

Alex was outstanding! He was fielding calls while checking people in early in the morning. He was so courteous, professional and patient. I was amazed. He checked my truck in quickly. He inquired about all of my concerns. Very quickly I received a text message keeping me me up to date on all work as it progressed. He put together thorough and concise quotes on any extra work that needed my approval. He also sent write ups and photos on items that needed immediate attention. Very cool experience. Great place. I want to share my amazing experience. Confession, I hate buying a car and especially a used car because I do it maybe once every 10 years and the fear of buying a lemon and .... The people there are very friendly! As a college student I don't know much about cars but they went in depth about what they need to do and how much it'll cost. Reasonable prices. Great communication on your car. My car is running like brand new!
