Alex is awesome. He is one of the most charismatic & customer centered Repair shop managers that I have ever encountered. He is sincerely focused on making each customer's experience beneficial to both the company AND the customer. I brought my wife's Jeep in for repairs last week. I've been going to this shop since they opened and satisfied with every visit. They're friendly, thorough...I love how they provide a digital inspection which helps me keep up on servicing my nine year old car!

Was in a hurry, I needed my vehicle worked on that day. And they got me in and out in half a day whenever other auto shop wanted to put me off for two days, these guys saw that I needed it done today because I drive to the Bay Area every day. And the service manager, a real cool dude. Conversed with me the whole time I was there. I will definitely be taking this car or any future car to this specific shop.

I've bought 2 cars and a truck in the past year (teenage kids) and Stress Free was by far the most comprehensive and informative inspection of the three ON A SUNDAY MORNING! Alex was awesome at setting expectations for my daughter and me, kept us informed by text on the inspection process, and the report was very detailed with pictures. I stopped by to get an oil change a week ago. I was told it will be a few hours unless I wanted to make an appointment for another day. I made morning appointment and received an email telling me to drop off the car at 8:30 and it will be ready by 3. Since I didn't want to wait around or pay for a Uber to and from the auto shop, I called to cancel the appointment. Very helpful full. The guys were great, I had a flat tire on the way to work, I pulled in and they looked at it right away. I needed a tire they didn't have and put my spare on so I could get to work. Thanks STRESS FREE auto care. The best!
