Friendly and provide great service. They keep you updated the progress in the car. They also provide complimentary lyft services if you need a ride yo home.

Find where knocking/vibration noise is coming from. Advise of the issue. Was told l8w on oil which was where noise was coming from? Oil changed and told noise is gone. Nothing has changed. Noise is still and loud as ever. No more of my money

I was traveling through Sacramento, and Stress-Free was my saving grace-- to confirm I was good to eventually get back to LA. The manager, Alex P., went above and beyond to help. amazing mechanic shop, very professional it was my first time taking my car there and very happy with their service.
My daughter just moved to Sacramento for college and had issues with her Lexus RX330. Stress Free was extremely helpful and fair with repairs and got her back on the road.
I've brought multiple cars in now and each time they've taken care of the issue. When I walked into the lobby I was surprised how clean and comfortable it was compared to other shops I've been to. I've interacted with both Daniel and Alex at the front desk and they have top notch customer service. This shop is honest, does quality work and provides a five star experience from the front desk to the mechanics in the shop. We will definitely be back when the time comes and would easily recommend this shop to those I know.
Alex was outstanding! He was fielding calls while checking people in early in the morning. He was so courteous, professional and patient. I was amazed. He checked my truck in quickly. He inquired about all of my concerns. Very quickly I received a text message keeping me me up to date on all work as it progressed.
