Called this place on a Sunday driving back home to San Francisco from a wedding in a tiny town north of Tahoe. I will try to be as objective as possible. I had a problem with my car brakes (completely jammed) and took it there for diagnosis. Let me start with the service rep, Daniel--he's a class act and it was definitely great working with him. Yes, they are pricey,I paid $205 for the diagnosis. However, the report I received was comprehensive. My only complaint is that the report recommended fixing almost the entire brake system for almost $2,500.
