Had a wonderful experience at Stress-Free Auto Care when I came to Sac to buy a car. I struggled to find any other auto shops open on a Sunday to perform my pre-purchase inspection, so they really saved the day for me! I was also lucky enough to have my new Subaru inspected by two former Subaru techs, it was meant to be! They kept their promise about the 2 hr appointment and didn't surprise me with any extra costs. Good people, great services, highly recommend this auto shop.

This was my second visit to Stress Free. Service manager Alex is very pleasant to deal with. He is very knowledgeable especially about German cars. You definitely feel that he is very invested in your satisfaction with the work being done. He explains your options on the work being done and presents your choices between OEM parts and other brands. Pricing is competitive with other shops that I've checked with including AAA. They were great! Took my car in the morning to get a fuel canister replaced. They got the job done and they even had after hours pickup which really helped me.

From start to finish the team at SFAC kept me updated and what my options were. Overall my service and the attention to detail that was shown made me feel like less like a transaction. Went in with a check engine light and they were able to diagnose the problem, but it wasn't good news in the slightest, but I don't hold it against them. Gave me my options for repair and gave their recommendation.

These guys are awesome! They have a really good system to check you in and keep you updated on the progress. They were able to detect the issue and complete the work all in the same day, and most importantly, I feel they were fair and honest! Highly recommended!

Very communicative, kept me updated the whole time and when alerting me as to the work my car needed, they took the time to explain and show me each part as well as explaining the relative necessity of each fix. Now my car runs so smoothly and my mileage has never been better!
