Very friendly, CLEAN shop. Honest staff, never felt pressured into their recommendations. I really like their online ticketing/status tracking for your vehicle. Alex, the manager, is excellent.. he pulled me behind the screen to show me a thorough video report they made during initial inspection of my whole vehicle. I've already referred a few relatives. Prices are also slightly lower than most shops I've called around to.
Though auto repairs are never really cheap i will say they did their best to keep costs down and made sure all things were transparent and discussed before any repairs were done. Repairs were done in a timely fashion.
Went in for an appointment. Had to wait 30 minutes just to be seen. Several others got scheduled at the same time. Before over phone appointment, I specifically asked and expressed concerns about a transmission fluid replacement and cost. I was quoted between 160 to $180. When I got there for my appointment and waited 30 minutes. I was told that it would be $333. Nothing extra. They just said that it was a tentative quote. Great service with reasonable prices. Will definitely return if/when I need a mechanic again.
Can't say enough good things. There was a hiccup with parts being delivered and they were honest and communicated every step of the way. Charles and Alex were wonderful to me.
A+ for this team! The appointment for the requested service to get our brake pads and rotors replaced was easy to book (and reschedule) online, Alex was friendly & efficient when dropping off and picking up our vehicle, and all issues/costs were discussed clearly after the inspection prior to repairs being completed. Bonus, the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! They kept me updated throughout the entire service, sending me pictures of what was going on with my car and explaining things in a way I could understand. They were honest and realistic with me when I had questions about what was an emergency and what I could wait to repair later. Great communication and service, highly recommend!!
