I spoke to Stress Free auto yesterday and they told me there would be no charge to examine my brakes and when he discovered I wasn't going to use this service I was charged 64 dollars for a brake inspection. A BLATANT LIE! I want a refund or I will be telling everyone in my group about how you deceive your potential customers.

Scheduled an oil change and requested an inspection of the front suspension and steering components due to abnormal sounds similar to binding or worn components while turning. I mentioned the parking brake pedal needed adjustment but was told that would require disassembly of the rear brakes. The oil change was completed, but no findings from the test drive and inspection. scheduled an appointment to have several things done. immediately told I scheduled too much as they were too busy. Didn't look at the car for 5 hours. found an urgent problem but didn't have parts or time to fix it. I drove off fearing my car was unsafe and found another place to fix it next day. WAY too overpriced and much was left to be desired by way of customer service. When I first arrived I was completely ignored. Stay away from this store, you can check their reviews, they only response and reply to 5 stars review and completely ignore people tell the truth and problem they encounter. Brought car for brake check and they suggest brake and rotors replacement,oil change, cabin filter change, coolant change etc. They up sales service don't really need and not provide a real solution. They said I need oil change because dipstick didn't show oil and it need at least two quart. Oil change is only a temporary fix, they didn't even check why oil is low/burn, if I need temporary fix, they can just fill it up, why I need to pay $100 for an oil change?
