Every time I need to get anything done with my car I always go here first. I'm happily greeted and the service is always direct and to the point. I never feel like they are trying to squeeze more money out of me or being taken advantage of for not knowing anything about cars. They value my time as I do theirs. Special thanks to Eric and Steve for talking me through everything and being so honest and patient. I'll be back!!
The care and services are great!! very fast and professional. I like the pictures of every part that needed to be taken care of. I will certainly come back for the future services and introduce to my friends to come as well. Erick in Fremont provided the best services.
A+++ for customer service. It's hard to find auto shops you can trust. I will use them again for my brakes & regular maintenance. Eric is fantastic. He gave me a ride home, so sweet!

The name of the business is very ironic considering all they've done is make me stress. I've been asking around for quotes because I urgently need this fixed. Stress free auto care reached out to me through yelp, I explain my situation and they said they would give me a quote, I gave them the Check Engine code, information of my vehicle, and my contact information in order to give me a quote. I went there to see if they can service my car. One employee was already helping some family there. There was no greeting or acknowledgement from the employee when I entered the shop. I waited for almost 15 mins without any work from that employee. Another employee entered and left without greeting/asking anything to me. I can understand being busy but at least tell customer to wait or greet them when they are waiting for almost 15-20 mins. Funny thing is when I entered, dad in that family greeted me :)
Greg and Eric provided excellent service. Brought car into shop to replace broken antenna. Repaired item same day. Radio works and more importantly we can get it to go down to run it through the car wash.

Great service! Quick and easy! Front desk very staff friendly and welcoming. Even though I didn't have an appointment they still were able to fit me in.
