Stress-free Auto is well run and organized. It's easy to book online and they send you a reminder text (which I appreciated). The waiting area is comfy and there is free coffee. I also noticed the rest room is very clean and tidy. Prices are fair and fully explained ( watch for their great coupon values). I plan to make them my primary service provider.

The experience was absolutely incredible. Fantastic start to finish in every way you can consider/conceive. I began by looking up places last week. I put in what was going on with the car and awaited responses as the info was sent out. Stress Free Auto responded quickly and thoroughly. The shop was able to get me in quickly. Service was excellent. The diagnostic fee was 245, but they didnt charge me because they could not order the part. So that was very helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience with Stress-Free Auto Shop. On July 24, I spoke with two different employees before scheduling my appointment. I explained in detail that windshield washer fluid had accidentally been poured into my Chevy Bolt's brake fluid reservoir. Both of them assured me that they could definitely fix it. We discussed the pricing, and they told me I could have my car towed there and that the repair would likely take 2-3 hours since they would only need to flush the brake system. at first when I referred to them the initial call was awesome, my car was worked on by aamco but it would not start. so aamco referred me to stress free.. communication was awesome. then I was told the car was just out of gas.. awesome I got a ride out gas in car didn't start. I was then told I needed to have 8 gallons of gas in the car so it would prime the fuel pump. My reply was how am I supposed to do that when you guys have my car. From the beginning, our team explained that the vehicle needed to have enough fuel in it so we could properly test the fuel pump and continue with the no-start diagnostic. I am very angry with this shop, Concord,. I was told Tuesday evening that it was fixed that they just wanted to test drive it again Wednesday morning. It wasn't test drive it Wednesday morning. I drove out of the parking lot and the trani slipped. It slipped 4-5 times in the time it took me to turn around and go back to Stress Free (what a joke).
