Had my car serviced by Leandro in the Concord location. What an amazing professional. Went for maintenance, and Ken, the store manager, was so professional, and he walked me through all the process. Coffee was such a treat. Again, don't hesitate to visit that store. I am very pleased. Was treated with lots of respect and knowing what to expect it's such a peace of mind. Happy customer!

I had an appointment for an oil change but missed it. Three days later, I called to see if they could get me in today. Not only were they able to squeeze me in 30 minutes later, but I was in and out in less than an hour. The team is mad cool and friendly, and I could feel the difference in my car immediately. I would definitely recommend and come back!
Very impressed by this place! My car had a coolant leak and stress-free auto care really did make the whole process stress free! The customer service is great, the people are nice and they even pay for your Lyft home. I absolutely love that they do a whole inspection and send a very detailed report with pictures. Bonus points for their hold music/theme song, I've literally been singing it for days (lol). This is my new place for all things car repairs!

Friendly, fast, and competent. The price is also competitive. Really lives up to its name Came in for a tire rotation was out of there in 30 mins for $50

Mr Ken deserves much raise. Mr Colton and Mr Ken are delightful and most ethical of humans. I'm grateful for a mechanic location that operates as this location does. I was a skeptical squirrel coming back but I'll never ever deviate from bringing Lucille the Notary Mobile to this shop. If you're a new customer, you won't be sorry.
