Communication and attention to detail was on point. I love that David called me to explain why certain things were needed and truly provide reasoning behind where my money was being spent and why it needed to be done. I love my car and want it to have the longest life possible and Stress Free is helping make that happen!

Arranged an appointment online, with requested info included -- easy process. Brought in 2017 Subaru for routine maintenance, including tire rotation, oil change, and filters replacement (oil, cabin, and engine). Nothing major, but the service was quite efficient with no hiccups. Included in the service was a complementary vehicle inspection. Price was competitive, certainly lower than expected from a dealer. Overall, a stress-free experience.

Came in for a tire repair. Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone, and the service was done same day. Assistance manager is very thorough, a bit performative, and corrected a few things for the service type so it would process same day. Bit pricey but have worked with Stress-Free Auto care prior.

Fast and friendly service! The crew here took numerous photos and explained everything in great detail. They were good about telling me which repairs were necessary/recommended versus those maintenance items that weren't immediately needed. I appreciated the thoroughness and am a big fan of the online/mobile system. Given the amount of work they did, I was pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Took my car for smog check and I don't have to wait for a long time..and I took my Toyota to be serviced at 8 am and I asked if they could finish by 3;30 they did finish on time because they call me that it's ready....except the uber can't find my home address,.,service is excellent I gave

Hats off to AJ and the entire team at stress free auto Sunnyvale. My challenger broke down and wouldn't start. They root caused it to fuel pump failure. They acquired original mopar fuel pumps which is required by dodge and were able to finish the job in one day. Totally stress free !!
