I liked not having to drive down to Buick/GMC DGDG on Capitol Expressway to have the car serviced now that the "Extended Warranty" has runout. We live close by your Sunnyvale Stress Free which is more convenient . I also like the thorough inspection of our vehicle.
Person who helped me was very courteous and explained the service intervals. He helped me with a quick check of the vitals (brake pads, oil, coolant, tires, etc.) and suggested I wait out for a full service until it had been > 8K miles since my previous service. I ended up only getting my vipers replaced which were done in a short time. I would definitely return to Stress Free in Sunnyvale for future services and repairs. Overall it was a great experience and very chill.
Straightforward scheduling, check-in, discussion of work to be done, execution and checkout. Genuinely stress-free!

It was a great choice with a special coupon for the oil change. More work had to be done on the car that took some time so they provided Lift pickup to take me home. Lift took me back to get my car when they were done.
Very convinient, timely and reasonably priced.
Service was hassle-free and completed on time. Staff was friendly. I took advantage of an oil-change/rotation special which made it affordable. Thanks!
Very supportive to evaluate service status on our MINI (check engine light on) and identify what needs to be done. One day in the shop and all issues taken care of. Double check second day, then home again.
