I had my first experience at Stress Free Auto Care Sunnyvale, and I was pleasantly surprised. The online booking system was convenient, and on the day of my appointment, GM Michael was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Excellent, honest service. I thought I needed new alternator, they fixed battery pole connector. No charge. Problem has not returned.
It was fast, honest and to the point. I loved the fact that you could follow live through their cameras.

Quick review as all I came in for was an oil change, but overall a greet auto shop! They seem fairly new but they provide great service and I believe an introductory offer for a full diagnosis of your vehicle when you take it in. The process was pretty quick and the shop was very responsive and even though I did not elect to get additional work done, (I can do a lot of the regular maintenance stuff myself, really just wanted the diagnostic) I appreciated the constant updates on the work getting done, making it a very "st... read more

They did exactly as i wanted done very quickly . They are so nice there snd keep you informed all along the way. They got a ride home for me as always when i dropped off my car.

I was really impressed by they professionalism and quality of work. I went on a Sunday late afternoon close to the closing time for battery replacement and headlight bulb replacement, they took the car, gave me a reasonable quote , stayed overtime to do the job. The front desk manager was very hospitable and explained me about what kind of other possible service that I can do there. Thank you stress-free team to my experience completely stress free.
