Fast and friendly service! The crew here took numerous photos and explained everything in great detail. They were good about telling me which repairs were necessary/recommended versus those maintenance items that weren't immediately needed. I appreciated the thoroughness and am a big fan of the online/mobile system. Given the amount of work they did, I was pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Took my car for smog check and I don't have to wait for a long time..and I took my Toyota to be serviced at 8 am and I asked if they could finish by 3;30 they did finish on time because they call me that it's ready....except the uber can't find my home address,.,service is excellent I gave

Took my Prius Prime for servicing here. And I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Did the required work in a timely manner and kept me informed about the work being done all through the process. These guys are great!

Hats off to AJ and the entire team at stress free auto Sunnyvale. My challenger broke down and wouldn't start. They root caused it to fuel pump failure. They acquired original mopar fuel pumps which is required by dodge and were able to finish the job in one day. Totally stress free !!

Great price, fast service, no upsell, very honest and transparent. Had my EV serviced for manufacturer recommendations. They were very familiar with EV car needs. Got new tires and complete inspection.

Seems good. but it's getting really expensive. $247 for an oil change, tire rotation (I hope they did it), and engine air filter. They do have snacks, coffee and tea, and water available. So you need to eat and drink a lot to get your money's worth. I don't think they ever said "thank you." It was just "you're all set." I guess I should have apologized for giving them my business? lol

I received an oil change discount coupon from Stress-Free Auto in the mail for new customers, so I decided to try them since they are nearby. The office staff was professional, communication was good, and the shop was clean. In addition to changing my oil, they did a detailed overall inspection, which included a battery stress test, engine, brakes, and undercarriage.
