Seems good. but it's getting really expensive. $247 for an oil change, tire rotation (I hope they did it), and engine air filter. They do have snacks, coffee and tea, and water available. So you need to eat and drink a lot to get your money's worth. I don't think they ever said "thank you." It was just "you're all set." I guess I should have apologized for giving them my business? lol
I received an oil change discount coupon from Stress-Free Auto in the mail for new customers, so I decided to try them since they are nearby. The office staff was professional, communication was good, and the shop was clean. In addition to changing my oil, they did a detailed overall inspection, which included a battery stress test, engine, brakes, and undercarriage. Good experience with stress free! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. They send prompt updates on your car as they work and are quick to follow up. I never feel like they are pushing any unnecessary services on me.

I took my car in due to a stalling issues and unknown electrical problems. Nick and his team did a fantastic job getting everything diagnosed and fixed, and they even called me a Lyft back home while they worked on the car (I believe the ride limit was up to $15 which ended up being fully covered in my case). In terms of price, I'd say it is about average for what you'd expect out of a good repair shop - they worked on my car a full day and the whole thing ended up being around $1K total. Requested a full diagnostic for some mechanical issues. Was done in a very professional & timely manner. They told me everything that needed immediate attention, will need attention soon, or no maintenance needed. Lots of value for a good price

The shop was very accommodating and tries to make getting your tire changed out and they are organized. I was wondering input getting to work and had to take Ubers back and forth. They have a courtesy car but it was out. My co-worker had it in the employee parking lot ! They are very responsive. They had to special order my tire which was only a day and the price was a little less than last time I had a tire replaced.
