They were very courteous and helpful in getting my car a new starter. Michael had booked Uber to take care of my rides back and forth and the store was very prompt in updating me constantly and providing my car back!! Highly recommend them.

The employees were fantastic!! They were honest, helpful, and they were very understanding of the circumstances. Mike and Michael were both updating me the whole way, and the service was completely quickly and with great care!!

Fabulous team here - I've been having my suv serviced here for several years and when I recently got an electric suv, I was so happy that they were able to service this too. Mike the manager is amazing. I highly recommend them - they treat everyone with respect and explain what's needed while being mindful of cost and what makes sense.

I went in to replace a rear passenger side light bulb. Turns out the full socket was melted and burnt. I feel like the entire service and pricing was fair. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because I needed to return to get it fully completed. But overall I would go to them again, because of the pricing and the service.

Very professional. Appointment was ontime, analyzing the issue and try to find the root cause with detail explanations. Indeed end-to-end flawless service. I admit its prices are not the cheapest, in the middle of official service center and local maintenance shop, but it's worth it.

I really appreciated their clear communication regarding testing and suggestions. They provided a photos of everything that they recommended service on, and didn't judge when I declined certain services. They were VERY thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Thank you!!!!!

I'll be honest--I chose this place because of the name Stress-Free Auto, but overall my experience turned out to be more stressful than I expected. On the positive side, I appreciated the transparency, the clean environment, and how easy it was to communicate through text and get updates. I also really liked the convenience of being able to get my car in quickly and have it ready the same day. I like that they showed the full cost breakdown. It was my first visit to get car service and window regulator fixed. Can't say enough about their great communication. Everything was explained clearly in person or over the phone and I received text updates for the car throughout the day. The price is competitive. Would come back.
