I went in to do an oil change and checked up on brake, alignment, mulitipoint inspection, etc. It was upfront and transparent service. I normally go to the dealer. This time I decided to give it a try knowing my car did not have these done for a while and with all these services, the dealer may charge a lot and too expensive to get them all checked up and replaced if needed. Came for a quick patch on my tire a couple of weeks. The front end guy was super helpful. The convenience of booking an appt online and having the option to leave it there for a couple of hours while I work was super nice. I came in yesterday for a tire rotation and got a call moments later from the front end guy stating that the tread on the front and back were about the same and wanted to confirm if I wanted to proceed with the rotation. The Sunnyvale location has an amazing team. Especially the young, super friendly and well experienced manager Gregory. I came here for an oil change but service included multi point inspection. They did a thorough job on inspection, checked my rear brakes which are 4 mm thin, replaced cabin and engine filters that are necessary. A special thanks to the manager Gregory and Jose came afterhours to open the door for me to pick up my cell phone that I left there. Yes they even have afterhours service! I went to this business prompted by an oil change discount offered in the mail. The service workers seemed friendly and customer oriented, and the experience was good enough that I will strongly consider going back when I have another need.

Experienced an extremely Stress FULL experience at the Sunnyvale location. Made an appointment for an Oil Change and was quoted the price of $110, which included Synthetic Oil, Filter and a Multi-point Vehicle Inspection (DVI). When I arrived for the appointment I was told that the price would be $145! very easy from start to finish! booked online, went in, got my headlight fixed for $50 with no issues and no upselling for unnecessary work. Travis the manager was super nice, great communicator, great customer service. Loved that there's wifi, chargers and a small but comfortable seating area to wait. Will be back for any future needs!
