Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Their thorough inspection found several other things that needed attention. All documented and very transparent. They took care of everything, and threw in an extra service on the power steering fluid that was not part of the original estimate. Probably not the cheapest around, but you definitely get what you pay for... and more!

Excellent service, great people, best prices in town. First time coming here yesterday for the yearly service maintenance of my Mercedes. Musa was so nice, explained everything, and they had all the parts ready to work on my car. I loved that I was able to set up my pick up and drop off time online and everything was on time. $235 an hour for labor rates. They were quick to respond to my inquiries but that price seems a little outlandish. More than my dealership charges.
My usual mechanic changed my oil 2 days ago for his standard $80 dollars for synthetic which I think is a great deal. I asked him to check my transmission fluid while I was there, and he came back and told me I needed a new transmission. Since I've never replaced the transmission fluid in my car and she's currently at 114k, I told him no I don't believe that's necessary I just need a flush. He offered me a flush for $450 (hah!) and I again declined him. Got back to my car and I called around. The dealership charges 385. Stre... read more

My car was well looked after. All of my brake pads and rotors were past their life and StressFree replaced them well without any problem. Their estimate was spot on as well.

I had a great experience dealing with the guys at Stress-Free. This was my second time at this location and it was very enjoyable (I mean who says that about a car repair shop...me). I came here because my battery died earlier that morning, so I had my car jumped that afternoon and drove it to their shop around 4pm-ish.
