I like the way they take pictures of the key items on their inspection list and send them to you for evaluation, but you must be cautious with their recommendation. They often use minor leaks and signs of normal wear to entice you into more repairs. This is where their recommendations can be tricky, the issue could need repairs. If you know a lot about cars or specifically about your car, then this probably will not be a problem. I am writing this for the individuals who have limited knowledge. There are two serious problems happened during my two cars (Audi Q5 $ Mercedes SL65), two problems are all from SL65 (the other car after their services I took it in the dealer to redo check and 50,000 miles service again), First one is that after the service done, they told me that they did not have right diagnostic equipment for my Mercedez and I need to take my car to another shop to reset the service reminder; then after I called in for this trouble, they told me I need to do the other brake service (~$260) in their shop... read more

I received a letter at my house with a promotional price for an oil change worth $49.90, I called to schedule 1 week in advance and scheduled for Sunday, I called twice to confirm both the schedule and the car model and until then everything was fine until on Sunday 08/18/2024 I woke up early and arrived 15 minutes early and the receptionist told me that the price would not be $49.90 but rather $169.90 because it was a premium vehicle, an Audi A3 2011, I was extremely disappointed because I called twice to confirm and no one... read more

I had called for a car inquiry on Saturday and was told by an employee that I can schedule diagnostic for car the Thursday of at 8 am. I go to the shop at 8 am ( mind you they had sent me an email confirmation day before) and was told that the person doing diagnostic can't do it until Saturday/ pick up Monday. I was very confused and frustrated because if the person was not in today it should be the business who contacts me that they cannot do it instead of wasting my time.

The new management under Travis and Rhett is excellent. We had an issue with with our car with the previous management, but Rhett and Travis have gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers

I recently visited this shop after getting my car inspected at another reputable shop and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The professionalism of the staff was evident from the moment I walked in. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the repairs needed for my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. The quote to replace rotors and brake pads was 50% less than the other shop and this repair came with a good warranty. I will be taking my car to this shop from now on.

This was my 2nd experience using Stress-Free, this time for brake pad/rotors repair. Israel who I've spoken with by phone and also at pick-up was very kind and courteous, and Travis was accommodating with matching a reasonable quote I was given on a prior date. I had been going to the same mechanic for over 10 years, but I have to admit these guys have started to win me over for various reasons like quotes, courteousness, and accommodating me w/ ride arrangements while my car is being serviced.

Definitely not a 'stress free' experience. Prices are on the higher side than other places for similar services. They try to upsell around every corner and you'll be bombarded with service texts once they have your number. I also found it bothersome how they would drive the cars into the bays, reckless and aggressive. I didn't see them do it with my car cause I had to leave my car there. I won't be doing that again.
