I often dread going to the dealership for maintenance because some service advisors try to push services before even seeing my car. That wasn't the case at Stress-Free Auto Care. As usual, another fine job done by the crew. I made an appointment at 8 AM to have a flat tire repaired and I was going to pick it up later on the afternoon but because the manager wasn't there right away the technician said he'd fix it while I waited. And they performed. a multi point inspection which revealed a couple of issues that I need to attend to. They gave me a quote that very morning, which I really appreciate it.
This was the best interaction I've had with a car repair place in the Bay Area for expectation setting, communications, clarity of pricing, etc. It was easy to schedule. I trust that the work was done well. That said, it's more expensive than others, possibly approaching dealer pricing for repairs ...but with fewer headaches. I am likely to use them again.

Both Michael and Mike are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and precise on the suggested repair works that are required. Work done nicely and in timely manner. I would recommend Stress-free Auto to those who need their cars fixed.

I was very pleased with my service at the Menlo Park. Ross communicated effectively throughout the process and they were very transparent with the timing and cost of the repair. This was my first time using them but they have earned my repeat business. Highly recommended.

Michael from the start was extremely nice and was excellent in keeping me looped in with everything they were doing to my car over the 2 days they worked on my car. He went 'above and beyond' for me when it came to helping me setup a rental at the last minute. The quality of their work was very detailed with photos and explanations. I'm so lucky to have this shop close to my house. These guys really do make it stress-free! They are knowledgeable and honest and the estimates are easy to understand with pictures showing the problems which is so helpful. I couldn't ask for more from a shop. They keep you updated with texts. Now my truck is up and running again, and i have a stress-free drive to work everyday knowing it is done right. We brought in our car for tire rotation. The front two tire pressure were low and had some problems pumping air. They helped pump our tires. They checked the tire differential and did not find it big enough to warrant a tire rotation. At the end of the day, they did not charge me anything. Wow. What a service!
