This place is extremely professional. I've never had communication be so clear regarding every step of the process. They even send a link with all of the work they have done with photos. I would not recommend this place and did not find it at all stress free. 3 weeks since I brought my car in with no resolution. I brought my car in for a consultation on a Monday. The manager indicated that he thought it sounded like the transmission was going, but wanted to schedule it to have the diagnostics specialist look at it. I received a $50 synthetic oil change coupon in the mail and decided to visit the Sunnyvale store last Sunday, March 17th, 2024, to check if it looked professional. I found the establishment to be clean and well-organized. The regional manager, Rhett, was present and very polite in answering my questions. This one of the best car auto care ever. It's so convenient when you don't want to go to your local car dealership, it's also a lot cheaper. They're always sending good deals in the mail as well. I highly recommend this place!
I recently had some auto service performed here and was very pleased with the customer service and quality of the results. The staff is very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was done very well at a reasonable cost, and communications with the staff during the course of the day was very straightforward. Their auto care was definitely very stress-free. Thank you!
Prompt. Transparent. Amazing service. Came in with a front suspension noise issue. They came up with multiple staged plans of what might be wrong and can help fix the issue.
I was pleased with the communication and honesty of these guys. We failed a smog check with cylinder misfire. We did go through a process of troubleshooting that took some time, but I appreciate that they spent the time to find the problem correctly. When we received the vehicle back it ran great with no fault lights. Need to run the 100 miles now before we can complete the smog check, but I feel everything will be good.
Very professional. Diagnosed my engine light problem. And did thorough inspections of brakes and battery without extra charges.
