I went back to Stress Free for general service on my old Mini Cooper. They did basics and ran a comprehensive diagnostic. A few minor issues were flagged and they did not try to upsell me into expensive repair. Cost was reasonable. Appointment scheduling is easy and communication via text is convenient nd clear.

Excellent customer service! I was shown photos of the internal areas of my tires and given an excellent explanation as to why my tires needed to be replaced. I also observed how other customers were given a thorough explanation regarding recommended repairs and how no one was being pushed into making a decision with which they were not comfortable -- no uncomfortable strong sales pitch.

Helpful staff. Quick service. There was an additional issue created when the car was with them. i was asked to split the cost. eventually they paid for the labor costs fully. i did have to pay for the part.

My Honda CRV 2002 had several electrical issues. Israel at Stress free auto helped with the initial diagnosis estimates, set up the appointment and provided me with timely updates on the diagnosis. I received a full diagnosis and a quote for the repair, which I moved forward with. During the repair, I received updates on the status via text. After final quality checking, my car was ready for pickup. I was charged as estimated even though the job required more time than planned. I knew I needed new brakes. I made an appointment, got there a few minutes before, they took my car in right away. They are so thorough with all of the diagnostics and I really appreciate all of the photos they include in the information that they send you. I needed a ton of work on my car and they helped me to figure out what was priority because I couldn't afford to do it all at once. Once decided, I had no option but to wait at the shop. I like the way they take pictures of the key items on their inspection list and send them to you for evaluation, but you must be cautious with their recommendation. They often use minor leaks and signs of normal wear to entice you into more repairs. This is where their recommendations can be tricky, the issue could need repairs. There are two serious problems happened during my two cars (Audi Q5 $ Mercedes SL65), two problems are all from SL65 (the other car after their services I took it in the dealer to redo check and 50,000 miles service again), First one is that after the service done, they told me that they did not have right diagnostic equipment for my Mercedez and I need to take my car to another shop to reset the service reminder; then after I called in for this trouble, they told me I need to do the other brake service (~$260) in their shop... read more

I received a letter at my house with a promotional price for an oil change worth $49.90, I called to schedule 1 week in advance and scheduled for Sunday, I called twice to confirm both the schedule and the car model and until then everything was fine until on Sunday 08/18/2024 I woke up early and arrived 15 minutes early and the receptionist told me that the price would not be $49.90 but rather $169.90 because it was a premium vehicle, an Audi A3 2011, I was extremely disappointed because I called twice to confirm and no one... read more
