So far I like dealing with these folks. I got tired of working with the dealer at inflated rates so I gave these people a shot. So far they seem transparent, fairly priced, and competent. They were also pleasant to deal with and did the work as promised. I will come back for my other vehicle.

Stressful experience. This is my second time coming back to the shop to check on my rear high pitch squeaking noise. The first time they couldn't figure out why and asked me to do a recording the next time it happens. I decided to give them a try again with the recording in hand. I called in for an axel realignment and they said they could get it done by the afternoon. I went over around 12:30 and waited until 4:10 since I didn't wanna pay for an Uber ride back and forth. They end up telling me they're behind schedule and can't do my car that day. I wasted more than 3 hours waiting for nothing. I had some unknown issues going on with my 2013 Chevy Cruze and contacted Stress-Free Auto Care in Sunnyvale as I'd seen a few recommendations on my local next door. They were very easy to work with, kind, and explained all the recommended work. I had some drivetrain issues with my car, which is worth around $10k, and I decided to give this shop a shot. They quoted me about $1.6k after their diagnosis and assured (verbally) me that the problem would be fixed. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car, the issue was still there. It was really disappointing, to say the least. It took another 2 days before they called me (after more diagnosis) for around $3k more. Heading out for office noticed one of the tires continued to leak - looked up closest auto care shop open and glad I stopped by here. One of the technicians said he could fix it right away. Noticed they carefully removed a "nail" not sure how it got lodged in midst of a wide tire...most of my driving is freeway driving ‍ They fixed the puncture and I was back in business in no time! Cheerful and friendly service!

My car has not gotten a full inspection in a long time. I started to hear squealing sounds on and off when I braked. I found this place on yelp and gave it a try. I was able to schedule an appointment right away on their website. I was able to drop off my car early on a Friday morning.
