I was pleased with the communication and honesty of these guys. We failed a smog check with cylinder misfire. We did go through a process of troubleshooting that took some time, but I appreciate that they spent the time to find the problem correctly. When we received the vehicle back it ran great with no fault lights. Need to run the 100 miles now before we can complete the smog check, but I feel everything will be good.

I have been coming to the Sunnyvale location since they opened & this latest experience was the most disappointing one. Came in for an oil change (appointment) at 9:30am. I did receive text notifications like the site said I would. Texted them back about 3 hours in asking for an ETA, said they were still working on it. Fine. 2 hours after (so basically 5 hours for a simple oil change...), I get fed up and end up calling them even though their auto response message says they prioritize text messages due to "high call volume" and after 3 rings, someone at the front desk picks up. These guys are amazing. Every time I've been there they treat me like a valuable customer, whether it be an oil change or something more serious. They've even done free diagnostics on my van when I'm freaking out about the check engine light. No charge. Easy fix they says . Who are these guys and where did they they come from? I want to go to there.

I took my Mazda CX5 for a regular maintenance. Very easy process. We already had a chat on Yelp about what I needed. Booked appointment. Dropped my car off. Got regular updates via text when service started. Got an inspection report with images. This was much cheaper than going to a Mazda dealer. Courteous staff too. Good experience.
