Had my car in 6 months ago for an exhaust leak. $400 repair with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. Had to take it back for same repair this time only cost $600 so this means their warranty is worthless. Their explanation is that it was something they missed the first time. Yeah, I know it costs more but take it to the dealer!
Only come here if you want your car ruined! I brought my car in for them to fix an oil leak last March. A few days later the oil light comes on and my engine blows immediately. I talked to my friend who is a mechanic back home and he said that's impossible, that when an oil light comes on you still have a quart left. So my guess is, they didn't tighten an oil cap or something, problem is you can't prove it! Now, I'm out a car, THANKS! I definitely won't ever be back!

Natalie I was able to retrieve your service records and I personally remember your visits. You initially came to us for a smog inspection. At that time, we noted a large oil leak at the valve cover gasket and that the oil level was severely low. We topped off the oil and recommended that the gasket be replaced. You returned a few weeks later and we replaced the gasket and installed the spark plugs that you brought with you. This occurred in Jan. 2012. Got my smog check done for under $50, and was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Eric helped me and he was super nice and patient when I called for info two times in 5 minutes :) I walked to Starbucks while they were working on it, and I could have even walked to Walmart if they needed it longer. Great location, easy parking, clean office, and employees that aren't the usual womanizing mechanics. Loved it!
We have been going to them for over 10 years! They always fix what's wrong, the price is fair, the service is wonderful and I always feel we get a little more than we pay for. I had our truck smogged there today and there were a few little things that needed adjusting in order to pass. Because we had just had other work done recently, they did the adjustments for free, got a pass on the smog test and was back out in the door in about 45 minutes. We love this place!
I'm very choosy about where I take my car to get serviced. I could go on and on with my rants about places that have done me wrong and eventually, I'll get around to posting some of those reviews here. But first I wanted to get on here and rave about how good I feel about the service that I receive at Auto Care by Kenely.
