I thought I would give this place a try as *supposedly* the dealerships are overpriced. 30k mile service on a 2012 car that consisted of an oil change, cabin filter change and a few inspections. $95 at the dealership. Kenely's? $225!!!!!!!! I'm happy to spend a little extra for a locally owned small business but more than double??? Really nice and pleasant people but no excuse for extraordinarily overpriced service.

"if it ain't broke don't fix it," is just one of their motto's. They also stand behind their work, even to replacing a fan motor for free because the" while working on something else.

I been taking my vehicles to Kenely for years and they have a great staff who with a lot of knowledge! I would highly recommend them.

We've used Kenely's for as long as we've lived in the area, with several cars. Never had a problem, always impressed by their professionalism, service, quality and efficiency. Clean garage, convenient location, friendly people. We will continue to use them as our "go to" mechanic.

My dad and I have been bringing our vehicles to Kenely's for about 10 years now. They are always courteous, the shop is clean, they are up front with information and make sure you know and understand exactly what they're going to do before they do it. I just recently dropped my car off for an oil change. In the last year or so my car (2006 Scion TC) has been losing oil a lot quicker than normal but there was no visible sign of a leak until this last time Kenely's was able to locate the problem. I will never ever take my business to Kenely again. I'd rather take my vehicles to Folsom Chevrolet for service. They had a little shop in the corner of a strip mall by the Orangevale library at the time before they moved. I used to live in Orangevale and would take my vehicle to them for service. Unbeknowst to me, Kenely's cracked the exhaust manifold on one side of my V-6 '87 S-10 Blazer while replacing the exhaust gaskets between the manifold and the tailpipe. Michael I am truly sorry you feel that an error was made on our part. However I am confused as to when the problem occurred. We relocated from the location next to Orangevale Library in 1998. We offer a complete parts and labor warranty on all work performed for a period of 2 years or 24,000 miles. We have been clients for almost twenty years. LOVE THEM!!! Love their honesty, integrity, kindness, and friendliness. It is important to be able to trust the people who work on your car! These people are "it"!!! Explains why they have so many long-time, loyal customers! :)

I had not known about this place until referred by my brother. Went in for AC service. What an impeccable service! The manager Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable. I was greeted by the owner, Randi, who explained how the AC operates in the car. The problem was fixed with no fuss, quickly, efficiently and very reasonable on price. I checked around and their price was the lowest. I highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I went in for a smog check, and after it was done was told that I was "good to go." I am admittedly not a car-savvy person, but in my world "good to go" means that there aren't any problems. Then when I showed up to get the car registered at the DMV and pulled out the smog check form, I discovered that the car had failed the test.
